Motivational, Mental Health Speaker
Imagine a workplace, where you could easily ask for help, or if you had concerns about an issue, you could raise them knowing you’d be taken seriously.
What if buzzwords like ‘inclusion’, ‘psychological safety’ or ‘thriving communities’, genuinely described your organisational culture?
Andrew Pain is an award-winning, CPD accredited and TEDx speaker, podcaster and soon-to-be-author. Drawing on lived experience (including domestic abuse, business collapse and work/life balance woes) as well as the latest global research, Andrew challenges stereotypes and inspires unity. He’s not afraid to explore tough topics in his own respectful yet down-to-earth style, working to break down barriers and create a culture where people belong and are valued.
