Most men want to be reliable providers, to ‘have-it-sorted’ and be popular/respected in their communities .
Many men are struggling under the weight of expectations, demands and responsibilities, and left unchecked, the long term impact for those men is poor mental health, substance abuse, online addiction, disconnection, deteriorating relationships, the list goes on.
Delivering tailored men’s coaching programmes, I’m an accredited coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a men’s mental health podcaster, keynote speaker and award-winning campaigner, and most importantly, I’m a men’s coach, delivering tailored men’s coaching, to safeguard men’s wellbeing and help men achieve their most precious goals (but without sacrificing their relationships, health and sanity).
